XXIV Balneological Congress (5-8 September 2013 Swieradow Zdroj, Poland)
    [2013.09.25.] - ISMH - News category: Általános
    Dear members, colleagues and friends,

I am delighted to inform that XXIV Balneological Congress which was organized by Polish Association of Balneology and Physical Medicine has been successfully held 5-8 September 2013 in Swieradow Zdroj, Poland. Even though I have been attending the previous 4 congresses, unfortunately, I this time was not able to attend this important biannual international scientific meeting under the presidency of Prof. Dr. Irena Ponikowska who is a very active and esteemed scientific member of ISMH. Please have a look at the very rich and comprehensive program of the congress and find the abstracts which were published in Acta Balneologica, Journal of the Polish Association of Balneology and Physical Medicine. You will be excited to see how she and our colleagues in Poland are working hard to promote scientific balneology not only in homeland but also internationally.

I do cordially congratulate Prof. Dr. Irena Ponikowska and her coworkers and appreciate her struggle and efforts for balneology as a scientific medical discipline.

I am now really looking forward to their contribution to the 39th World Congress of ISMH 11-14 May 2014, Kyoto Japan.

    Balneological greetings,

    M. Zeki Karagülle,
    President, ISMH
